Scott Enterprises Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Blackjack Trainer iOS app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Summary
- No account is required.
- Practice progress, streaks, goals, and settings are stored on your device.
- If you subscribe to Pro, Apple processes payment and RevenueCat validates your entitlement.
- Optional local reminders may be sent by your device if you allow notifications.
- We do not sell your data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in this app.
Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage only:
- Practice session history, accuracy, and per-spot mastery data
- Daily hand goals, streaks, and progress milestones
- Onboarding, practice setup, and app preference flags
- Notification reminder preferences, if enabled
This information is not transmitted to our servers because we do not operate user accounts or a backend database for practice progress.
Notifications
If you enable streak reminders, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. We do not receive the content of those reminders on our servers. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
Purchases
If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card number or bank details.
We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions and unlock Pro features. RevenueCat may receive purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier associated with your Apple ID purchase record for app functionality and purchase analytics. We do not receive your name or email address through the App.
What we do not collect
- Name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the App
- Precise or coarse location
- Contacts, photos, health data, browsing history, or search history
- Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
- Real-money gambling activity or casino account information
Children
The App is an educational training tool and is not intended for real-money gambling. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. Because no account is required and progress stays on-device, parents and guardians can delete app data by removing the App from the device.
Data retention and deletion
On-device progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the App or reset app data. Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies.

- RevenueCat — subscription validation and entitlement management
Tracking
We do not use the App to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
